Job Title – Maintenance Engineer Location – North Walsham, Norfolk Salary – £51,300 + allowances Shift – Rotating Days & Nights (12-hour shifts)
Job Role of the Maintenance Engineer
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Engineer to join a well‑established and secure food manufacturing business with a long‑standing reputation in the UK market. This is an excellent role for an engineer looking for stability and long‑term job security within a busy production environment.
Working alongside the shift engineering team, you will be responsible for carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance across a wide range of industrial food processing and packaging machinery, ensuring production runs efficiently with minimal downtime.
You will be working on equipment such as multi-head weighers, baggers, case erectors, palletisers, conveyors, peelers, blanchers, and freezers within a fast‑paced FMCG environment.

* Factory or Manufacturing background
* Electrical Bias
* Level 3 in engineering or above
