Situated with a large catchment area in Bradford, we have seen a structured and gradual growth in our business over the years. Recently due to a rapid growth in our blue chip and corporate sector, the business has expanded into existing and new lines of production. In light of this, the Company is seeking a production manager who can manage the day to day operations in the production sector.
We will provide all necessary training according to legislation and company policy.

Job Description
Ensure day-to-day operations are completed to a high standard, maintaining all quality and operational specifications.
Maintain optimal operational efficiency by working closely with line managers and the Production Supervisor throughout the shift.
Ensure hygiene standards and best practices are consistently implemented and adhered to and production floor is clean throughout.
Plan and organise daily tasks effectively to meet production targets.
Monitor production output and costs, preparing or coordinating the preparation of relevant reports and records.
Inspect all operational areas, including carcass trimming and product wastage, taking corrective action where necessary.
Manage production schedules to ensure orders are completed within agreed timelines and meet customer specifications and requirements.
Strong understanding of the industry, with comprehensive knowledge of various cuts.
Proven ability to monitor and manage staff performance both on the production line and at the butchery table.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Hard-working, punctual, and reliable.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
