Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer for a short-term contract. This role is fully onsite and requires excellent customer service skills along with strong experience supporting Microsoft solutions.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide 2nd line support for Windows 10/11, M365, AD, Azure, etc.
2. Support Apple macOS & iOS devices, ensuring seamless integration.
3. Manage MDM, device management, and stock control.
4. Support desktop virtualization technologies (e.g., Hyper-V, VMware).
5. Update Asset Management system.
6. Manage Customer Endpoint protection.
7. Understand networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
8. Support Apple macOS/iOS and MS Windows platforms.
9. Use ITSM tools effectively.
