Sales Assistant - Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist customers with a premium, friendly approach
* Deliver excellent customer service and build lasting relationships
* Replenish stock, merchandise the shop floor, and maintain visual standards
* Support with deliveries, tagging, and general store tasks
* Work as part of a collaborative and motivated retail team
What we're looking for:
* Previous retail or customer service experience is ideal
* A strong communicator with a can-do attitude
* Well-presented, with a passion for fashion and high standards
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
* Available to work flexible hours, including weekends
