To support our ambitious growth plans, we have a vacancy in Customer Services. We are looking for an individual with demonstratable experience in a Customer Services role, including directly with members of the public, who can work enthusiastically and flexibly to support our business growth.
Responsibilities
This position is an essential part of our DNA Relationship and STI Testing team, ensuring the delivery of an efficient and accurate service to our customers. The role involves providing quotations, registering new cases, liaising with the laboratory scientists, issuing DNA Relationship Reports and being on hand to discuss and answer questions about potentially life-changing information.
Customers include members of the public and professional users of the service, for example solicitors, Local Authorities, Family Law Courts and representatives from the UK Border Agency and Ministry of Justice. Full training will be given.
