Daily tasks include: Liaising with the client regarding ongoing works Preventative planning Reporting to the Project Manager Organising the workload of the on-site team to meet schedules Contractual requirements - which typically include completion of 6 and 12 month maintenance checks, bearing lubrication, functional test and cleaning. In addition, returning turbine to service after fault conditions will involve Mechanical and electrical fault finding Fault resolution Component replacement Functional testing - whilst ensuring compliance with HSQE as set, pursuant to the provisions of the client contract and in accordance with RES’s policies and procedures Controlling calibration of tooling/lifting equipment and inventories Reporting the necessary information to support the efficient operations of the HSQE management systems.
