About the Role - Learning Assistant (Cwmbran)
As a key member of our Learning Support Team, you will:
* Create a positive, supportive classroom environment that helps students feel confident and engaged.
* Provide personalised support to individual learners and small groups, helping them overcome barriers and celebrate success.
* Assist with preparing and adapting learning materials across a range of curriculum subjects.
* Work closely with teachers to support classroom routines, assessment, and feedback.
