Commercial Director - Social-led Media and Agency Business
Overview:
A leading media and creative agency group is seeking a forward-thinking Commercial Director to lead commercial strategy, drive new business growth, and build out a high-performing revenue engine across both agency services and strategic partnerships.

The Role:
You will be responsible for leading and growing the sales and marketing functions, identifying new revenue opportunities, and driving performance across social/influencer agency services and strategic brand partnerships.
This senior, hands-on role requires a deep understanding of social media platforms and their strategic role in brand and marketing objectives. The candidate should have experience scaling commercial teams, developing product-market fit, and creating winning pitches.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the end-to-end commercial strategy for agency and partnership streams
* Support product development and go-to-market strategies
* Collaborate with leadership to achieve revenue goals
* Build and manage a high-performing cross-functional team
* Develop and nurture new business pipelines
* Partner with marketing on go-to-market strategies and campaign narratives
* Identify and evolve revenue streams in influencer/social agency services and strategic brand partnerships
* Represent the company at client meetings and industry events
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in senior commercial or business development roles within media, digital, or creative agencies
* Strong knowledge of social media, including platforms, content formats, influencer marketing, algorithms, and trends
