Job Purpose
We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Director Client Support within our Support Department. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to a Director, specifically supporting work with high net worth clients, ensuring we have the tools and resources needed to deliver exceptional service.
Salary Range
The salary banding for this role is as follows: £28,000–£30,999 (minimum range), £31,000–£35,999 (mid range), and £36,000–£50,000 (maximum range) per annum. Starting salary will depend on skills and experience.
There is scope to progress through the salary bandings as you become fully trained and established in the role, with salaries reviewed on an annual basis.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality administrative support to the Director. You must have outstanding organisation and time management skills, whilst maintaining a strong working relationship
* Manage Director’s weekly client and company appointments – this includes full calendar management and arranging appointments in advance
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with high-net-worth clients via telephone, email, and personal financial portal
* Preparing client packs to the highest standard and completing paperwork prior to/after meetings
* Prepare and maintain client financial plans using IO and PFP software
* Extensive knowledge and use of cashflow analysis and developing knowledge of financial planning
* Complete and audit New Business Submission within a timely manner. This including preparing comprehensive Suitability Reports - assisting with preparing notes on client needs and objectives
* Competent use and understanding of AI technology
* Complete and audit Post Sales Tasks
* Ensuring compliance is maintained to the highest standards with all necessary documents completed and recorded
* Track director progress with ensuring paid-on/written targets are met on a regular basis
* Maintain and manage up-to-date client book, including regular segmentation meetings
* Build relationships with product partners and key stake holders.

Person Specification
Experience
* Minimum of five years’ experience in the financial services industry with an IFA or wealth management company
* Minimum of two years’ experience providing support as a senior level
Qualifications
* Financial Services Administrator Level 3 or a similar course
