We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our team. Duties
* Greeting guests warmly upon arrival and ensuring they feel welcome
* Managing reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
* Providing menus and answering questions regarding food and beverages
* Taking orders accurately and relaying them to the kitchen or bar staff
* Serving food and drinks in a courteous and timely manner
* Handling customer queries or complaints professionally and promptly
* Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area
* Processing payments accurately using the POS system
* Assisting with general administrative tasks as required to support daily operations
Requirements
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous but not essential
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to remain calm under pressure during busy periods
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
* Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanour
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if necessary
* Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
* Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions confidently
Please consider location before applying. Hours are flexible but must be able to work Saturdays (Day and/or Eve) and Sunday afternoons as a minimum. Mid week hours are also available.
