Day to Day of the Role: Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a range of subjects and age groups.Maintain a positive learning environment, ensuring the safety and well-being of all students.Adapt lesson plans to meet the needs of each class and promote inclusive education.Manage classroom behaviour, fostering a respectful and conducive learning atmosphere.Encourage student participation and facilitate academic growth.Collaborate with school staff and maintain clear communication with school leadership. Required Skills & Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.Experience in a school environment is desirable but not essential.Ability to teach various subjects and age groups with flexibility and adaptability.Strong communication skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with students and staff.A genuine passion for education and a commitment to student development.Possession of a DBS on the update service is required.Having a driver's license is desirable due to the location of some schools.
