We have over 140 branches across England and Wales as well as our Support Office in Alcester, Warwickshire. We’re now looking for an Insights and Projects Lead to join our team in Alcester.
In this role, you will provide the digital and wider marketing team with reporting & insights to help guide decisions to improve our marketing performance across all channels, on both a weekly and monthly basis to a breadth of stakeholders ranging from Board to team.
You will work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer, and SLT, to identify performance and trends, taking a proactive approach to using insight, track holistically, to spot and solve business problems. You will lead on competitor insight, regularly summarising information on latest developments in the domiciliary care market and cascading information to key stakeholders to help shape company strategy and operations.
Main Responsibilities
* Own and deliver commercial reporting to inform the wider Sales and Marketing team and rest of the business.
* Continually explore new approaches and formats to report insight based on stakeholder need, pulling out the key actionable insights.
* Working consistently with the SLT and wider team to support on use and understanding of analytics, helping ensure the message and format is right for the breadth of stakeholders, and driving effective and efficient use of all available data.
* Work closely with colleagues across the business to provide support, guidance and advice on customer research and insight needs.
* Lead on project related activity detailing key insight, driving business solutions – with heavy focus on development of all-channel activity tracking and outcomes monitoring.
About You
To be successful in this role you’ll need to be an excellent communicator who can present data in appropriate styles in a way people understand. We’re looking an applicant who has an analytical and mathematical mindset, with a strong eye for detail. You’ll need to have experience of working on multiple projects both autonomously and as part of a wider team. Knowledge of the home care industry or a similar healthcare field would be advantageous but is not essential.
