Care Worker at Connections Healthcare (Visa Sponsorship)
We are currently seeking compassionate Care Workers to join our team. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to individuals in need within a care home or home care setting.
Position: Care Worker
Salary: £11.50 to £15.00 per hour
Job Type: Full Time
Main Duties
* Assist individuals with daily tasks such as personal hygiene, dressing, and eating
* Implement and follow care plans tailored to each individual’s needs
* Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and healthcare professionals
* Provide emotional support and companionship to those under your care
* Drive or accompany individuals to appointments or outings when required
Qualifications
* Experience in IT systems used in care settings is advantageous
* Knowledge of care home & home care procedures and protocols
* Proficient in English to effectively communicate with individuals and colleagues
* Ability to drive and possess a valid UK driver’s licence
* Familiarity with home care practices and principles
* Competence in creating and implementing care plans
