We are seeking a Permanent Nutrition and Formulation Manager for our client, based in Stirlingshire, Scotland. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership in salmonid nutrition, oversee formulation processes, and manage one direct report, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and cost-effective feed recipes. The role involves developing innovative formulations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and representing the company at industry engagements. Responsibilities include daily formulation management, raw material assessment, product optimisation, and system governance using Allix and M3 software. The candidate must demonstrate strong analytical skills, deep fish nutrition knowledge, and team leadership capabilities.
Postgraduate Degree in Animal Nutrition or equivalent experience
Aquaculture experience highly desirable, other animal feed is desirable
Management experience
UK Driving Licence
Knowledge of formulation systems such as Allix/A-systems (preferred)
Fluent in English
