Key Responsibilities: As an IFA Administrator, you will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks crucial to the smooth functioning of operations. Key responsibilities include:
6. Utilising IO-based systems for efficient data management.
7. Organising appointments and maintaining an accurate schedule.
8. Recording information from client meetings and ensuring data integrity.
9. Liaising with providers and clients via phone and email.
10. Processing new business applications with a keen attention to detail.
Qualifications and Skills:
11. Proven experience as a Financial Services Administrator.
12. Familiarity with IO-based systems or similar financial software.
13. Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
14. Strong communication skills for effective client interaction.
