Job Description
* Build strong client relationships through regular meetings, timely responses, and proactive support to ensure R&D compliance.
* Conduct thorough research and gather detailed information to prepare accurate R&D claims aligned with legislation.
* Manage multiple client projects efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and internal approvals.
* Help clients identify eligible R&D activities and maintain compliant records through reviews and tailored advice.
* Provide expert guidance on R&D tax legislation and recommend improvements to optimise claim outcomes.
* Maintain accurate client records, submit weekly timesheets, stay updated on legislation, and participate in ongoing training.
The Successful Applicant
A successful R&D Tax Advisor should have:
* A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
* Strong knowledge of R&D tax incentive programs and legislation.
* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Experience working within the business services industry or a similar environment.
* Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders.
* Proficiency in financial data analysis and reporting tools.
