NonStop Care is currently supporting a prestigious local authority in East Anglia with the recruitment of EHC Coordinator, on a fixed-term basis until 31st March 2027.
Working pattern: Hybrid (blend of home and office-based working). Office in Southend-on-Sea, Essex.

Key responsibilities of the EHC coordinator:
The post-holder will act as the first point of contact for an allocated caseload of either:
* New EHC assessments (approximately 40-60 cases at any one time), or
* Existing EHC plans (approximately 200-240 cases)
Requirements of EHCP Coordinator:
* Proven local authority experience within an EHC/SEND function (essential)
* Ability to draft high-quality, legally compliant EHC plans in line with internal quality assurance processes
* Experience managing complex statutory caseloads within required time-frames
