Working pattern:
Varied shifts including early mornings (from 6am), afternoons, late evenings (until 11pm), and weekends, to be discussed at interview.

About the Role
We’re looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op. As a Customer Team Member, you’ll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. Your responsibilities include providing excellent service at the tills and on the shop floor, re-stocking shelves, and cleaning up spillages.

What you'll do
1. Provide friendly and thoughtful service, responding to customer queries and promoting Co-op products and Membership.
2. Support your colleagues to solve problems and improve the shopping experience.
3. Ensure the store is safe and compliant, with correct stock, pricing, and conditions.
4. Assist in introducing new products and services, sharing experiences with colleagues.
5. Support the local community through involvement in activities and events.
