You will be working with a public sector organisation within the Angus location, joining the People function in a pivotal role to support employees and management across the business.
Your new role
This position is an interim post, and will be a specialist Employee Relations case work role.
Within this post, you will provide professional advice, support and provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures. You will be an expert in current employment law, complying with employment law and codes of practice. You will also provide advice, support and guidance to managers on the implementation of the HR policies and procedures to support case management, including face-to-face meetings at investigation stage.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will have demonstrable experience in a people specialist role, and will have great HR generalist knowledge, with a strong emphasis on Employee Relations. You will have up-to-date knowledgeand understanding of employment legislation and HR best practice.
Ideally, you will hold CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in HR Management or equivalent.
