Job description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing the inbox and handling queries within the Streetworks/NRSWA team
2. Providing administrative support to the Streetworks team
3. Ensuring compliance with NRSWA regulations and guidelines
4. Maintaining accurate records and documentation
5. Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders
6. Assisting in the preparation of reports and correspondence
7. Monitoring and updating relevant databases
8. Supporting the team in various administrative tasks as required
Job Requirements:
9. Experience in an administrative role, preferably within the Public Sector
10. Knowledge and understanding of NRSWA regulations
11. Strong organisational and multitasking skills
12. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
13. Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
14. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
15. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
