You will regularly meet with your caseload of clients to check their progress and support them every step of the way. On a typical day, you might be: Helping someone with their CV. Coordinating vacancies with local employers who need help, ensuring your participants are a perfect fit. Referring clients for additional support, such as self-employment advice or confidence building. Discussing career aspirations and local opportunities with clients. Solving practical job-related issues, such as arranging transportation to interviews or sourcing funded bicycles and work attire. The project is based in Milton Keynes, and you will be part of a team of 14. The people you support are referred via the job centre, and at any one time, you will typically work with around 70 participants with a target of 5 into employment a month.
