Participation Officer
Location: UK-Flexible (Hybrid - this role primarily engages with stakeholders based in Scotland, so proximity to Scotland is advantageous, but applicants from anywhere in the UK are welcome).
Salary: £30,070 to £32,724 per annum
Hours: 35 per week
Contract: Permanent (starting 23rd February 2026)

As a Participation Officer, you'll play a key role in supporting people with lived experience of migration to influence change across services, media, and policy. Working closely with VOICES Ambassadors in Scotland and the wider Refugee Support team, you'll coordinate participation initiatives, co-production projects, and advocacy opportunities. You'll help individuals develop the skills and confidence to share their stories, shape services, and engage with decision-makers.
