We’re currently seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join a well-established residential development in Carmarthen.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a long-term project with a reputable developer, supporting site operations and ensuring the build progresses safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Site Manager with day-to-day site operations
Maintain health & safety standards and site compliance
Coordinate trades and subcontractors
Monitor build quality and progress
Assist with site paperwork and reporting
Requirements:
Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager or similar role
Valid CSCS card
SMSTS preferred
First Aid
Strong knowledge of residential construction
Good communication and organisational skills
