Are you a practical, hands‑on engineer who thrives in fast‑paced harvest environments? Do you enjoy keeping machinery running at peak performance when it matters most? We’re looking for an Engineering Operative to join our Harvest Engineering Team and play a vital role in keeping our operations moving during the most critical time of the year.
This is a key position within our harvesting operation, where your skills will directly impact uptime, productivity, and crop delivery. You’ll be working with a wide range of harvesting and processing equipment, solving real problems, and making a tangible difference every day.
As an Engineering Operative, you’ll support the Engineering Team in delivering responsive, high‑quality technical support across all harvest operations. Your focus will be on minimising downtime, maintaining reliability, and ensuring production targets and SLAs are consistently met - especially during peak season.
Peak summer harvest: Approx. 60 hours per week, 12‑hour shifts (6am–6pm), Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday
Winter season: Up to 55 hours per week
