Job Title: C# Developer - SQL - Ansible Location: Manchester Area - 2/3 days per week onsite Salary/Rate : £375 per day inside IR35 Start Date: 29/06/2026 Job Type: Contract role - 5 months Company Introduction We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading banking clients! They are currently looking for a skilled C# Developer with extensive Ansible experience to join their team for a five-month contract. Job Responsibilities/Objectives This position will be responsible for providing development and engineering skills in support of enhancing the design, and delivery of the solution, integrated with other services. The focus is mostly on coding in C# and building backend services or tools, especially around SQL systems. Candidates would be building solutions and platforms, with some automation work alongside that using Ansible. Adherence to standards for change control, database security and database patterns, adhering to bank's governance and control procedures. Be an effective, proactive team member, influencing the behaviour of colleagues internally and across Infrastructure Services Deliver process and documentation around all aspects of the solution. Able to clearly communicate complex technical issues to a wide audience. Required Skills/Experience The ideal candidate will have the following: C# PowerShell scripting JSON/API interfaces and WebAPI Solution development and design SQL Kafka integration Ansible (AAP 2.4/2.5) GIT, Jenkins, Confluence etc. DevOps - Practitioner Agile Development principles MongoDB (nice to have) AI development/co-development experience (nice to have) If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply now with your updated CV in Microsoft Word/PDF format.
