Join our Service Support team in Epsom as a Service Scheduler Administrator.
Are you an experienced scheduler | administrator working in a fast paced environment? Do you have strong communication skills and enjoy juggling many enquiries at the same time?
We are looking for a Service Scheduler Administrator for our Service Support team in Epsom. In this role, you will work closely with Service Engineers to support their scheduling and administrative needs. You will build strong relationships with customers, work collaboratively with internal teams and ensure that all tasks are managed accurately and in a timely manner.
You will be responsible for scheduling engineering works with customers, forward planning, managing quotations, invoicing, service agreements and all aspects of customer information.
The wider team consists of 16 professionals, and we are looking forward to shaping the future with you.
This position is available full-time, based on site in Epsom. Once fully trained there will be the opportunity to work from home for 2 days a week.
Grow With Us Your Responsibilities
On a daily basis you will work closely with our customers, service engineers and internal departments to ensure the customer needs are met
Maintain service engineers diaries to meet the customer requirements
You will process emails from a shared inbox and update information on spreadsheets
Working on a variety of different tasks, prioritising and updating customers throughout the process
Raising quotations, managing invoices and liaising with our finance department
Checking that received documentation is in order, running regular reports, updating customer details on the database
Regular use of SAP, inputting and updating information
Collaborating with the Service team
What Will Convince Us
Strong experience in a support administration position within a fast-paced environment
Experience scheduling appointments and managing calendars would be beneficial
Able to build and maintain excellent working relationships with people internally and externally
Can react quickly to enquiries, being proactive juggling many enquires at the same time
Highly organised, able to take ownership of varied processes
Ability to prioritise, plan and multitask with strong attention to detail
Good at working independently as well as a team player
Experience in SAP (Service Module) would be beneficial, though full training will be provided
Strong Excel skills
