PRIMO is back, refreshed and reimagined, with a focus on quality ingredients, timeless hospitality and elevated service. As part of our relaunch, we're looking for a passionate, reliable and experienced Bar Supervisor to join our team and help lead from the front.
This is a hands-on role that blends creative flair with operational confidence. You'll take charge of the bar, from drinks development and presentation to stock control and team training, while also supporting the Restaurant Manager with the overall running of the floor.
We're looking for someone who can bring pace, presence and personality to every shift.

* Proven experience in a bar supervisor role
* Excellent drinks knowledge, cocktails, wines, spirits and service standards
* The ability to lead a shift with confidence and professionalism

What You'll Be Doing
* Leading the bar operation during service, ensuring speed, quality and consistency
* Supporting the front-of-house team and stepping in to help on shifts when required
* Training and mentoring junior bar staff, maintaining high standards at all times
* Managing stock levels, ordering and ensuring cleanliness and compliance
* Collaborating on seasonal drinks menus and upselling opportunities
* Supporting with rotas, floor plans, and general day-to-day operations
* Acting as a key point of contact for guests, creating a welcoming and memorable experience
