Responsibilities
* Manage all day‑to‑day aspects of branch operations, adhering to company policies and procedures.
* Lead, develop and inspire the team to provide exemplary customer service and deliver on all branch KPIs and targets.
* Drive sales and growth.
* Build excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Instil a culture of high standards, quality and safety within the branch.
Qualifications
* Solid background in the Plumbing and Heating / Trade sector.
* Proven leadership and management experience.
* Passion for nurturing team development.
* Strong track record in sales and operational excellence within a customer‑facing environment.
* Commercial acumen and ability to execute plans to deliver profitable results.
