About the Role
Spencer Clarke Group is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work in a range of mainstream secondary schools across Warrington. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about supporting young people and making a positive impact on their educational journey.
You will work closely with teachers to support students in the classroom, helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Support teachers in delivering lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
* Provide one-to-one or small group support to students
* Assist with classroom management and behaviour
* Help prepare learning materials and classroom resources
* Support students with additional needs where required
* Follow safeguarding and school procedures at all times
Requirements
* Experience working with young people or in an educational setting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A patient, proactive, and supportive approach
* Relevant qualifications (desirable but not essential)
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
* Right to work in the UK

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 14.3% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
