Junior Recruitment Manager
to join our expanding People team.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their recruitment career who is looking to develop into a management role. The role is structured around an
18-month development plan
, with support and mentoring from experienced HR professionals.
Phase 1 (First 6 months):
* Focus on booking appointments for senior members of the recruitment team.
* Call and qualify data to engage potential business owners.
* Learn how the HLP network operates and how to communicate our value proposition effectively.
Phase 2:
* Support the recruitment team with ongoing applications.
* Collect and review documentation, business plans, and cashflows.
* Ensure compliance and quality standards are met.
Phase 3:
* Progress into managing your own appointments.
* Engage directly with new talent to attract them to HLP.
* Present the HLP value proposition confidently.
* Over time, transition into a
Recruitment Manager
role with more autonomy, including client-facing meetings.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
* Motivated, organized, and ambitious to grow in their career.
* Experienced in recruitment (agency or in-house) with strong administrative skills.
* Knowledgeable in
financial services, specifically the mortgage market
(essential).
* A disciplined self-starter who can make calls and book appointments consistently.
* Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
* Passionate about delivering a positive candidate experience.
