We are alarge medical practice with over 31,000 patients seeking a FacilitiesManagement Lead to be responsible for resolving operational issues and also maintenanceof buildings infrastructure, assets and equipment at all BGP sites. Thesuccessful candidate will have the ability to resolve issues whilst also havingan interest in managing administration of facilities schedule. Main duties of the job Thisindividual will communicate with all departments in a timely manner in order tomaintain the smooth running of all equipment, systems and assets at each of theBGP sites so that all departments can operate efficiently and effectively. They will be responsible for identifying andprocuring suitable replacement parts and materials at an optimum cost anddelivery. With joint responsibility forensuring a safe and healthy work environment at all sites, the FacilitiesManagement lead will report into the Operations Support Manager and work with othermanagers in developing the sites in response to changing business needs.
