Energis is looking for a Service Engineer to join our client, a leading international manufacturing company. You will be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance across their installations throughout Northern Ireland.
The role:
* Carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks
* Diagnose issues quickly and deliver effective solutions to minimise downtime.
* Ensure a high standard of customer service and satisfaction across all projects.
* Support and improve operational processes to boost productivity and improve efficiency
Criteria:
* Minimum, ONC, NVQ Level II or City & Guilds Level 2 qualification in mechanical engineering, motor vehicle studies or equivalent
* Time-served technician experience in a mechanical discipline, ideally with at least 2-3 years' hands-on experience.
* Solid technical knowledge of gas and/or diesel engines.
* Strong IT skills, with confidence using Microsoft Office packages.
* A full, valid driving licence.
Hours of Work
* Monday-Thursday: 8:30am - 5:00pm
* Friday: 8:30am - 4:00pm
* Weekend and out-of-hours work may be required. Participation in a 24-hour callout rota system is essential.
