Civils Project Manager

Apex Resources Limited are currently seeking an experienced Heavy Civils Project Manager on a temp-to-perm basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work on major infrastructure projects, including highways, bridges, rail, and large‑scale civil engineering works, with the potential to secure a long‑term position.
The successful candidate must be happy to travel across West Yorkshire on various different projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of heavy civils projects from inception to completion
* Manage project budgets, programmes, and resource allocation
* Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
* Ensure all works are delivered safely, on time, and within scope
* Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to stakeholders and clients
* Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues efficiently on site
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health & safety standards, and environmental requirements
* Oversee procurement processes and manage contracts (e.g., NEC, FIDIC)
* Contract rate is Negotiable Dependant on experience
