Sales Support & CRM Coordinator
Full-time | Hybrid (Altrincham)
We’re looking for a highly organised Sales Support & CRM Coordinator to support a busy sales leadership team and keep our CRM running smoothly.
What you’ll do

Provide day-to-day sales administration and support to senior stakeholders
*
Coordinate client meetings, sales reports and incentive processes
*
Maintain and improve the sales CRM, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency
*
Produce ad-hoc reports and support data updates as required
*
Manage marketing material databases and internal stock systems
*
Organise quarterly sales meetings and team events
*
Identify opportunities to improve CRM and sales processes
What we’re looking for
*
Experience in sales support or administration (preferred)
*
Confident using CRM systems, Excel and PowerPoint
*
Highly organised, detail-oriented and adaptable
*
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*
Able to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
*
Proactive problem-solver with a collaborative mindset
