A leading fund administration provider is seeking a Co-Sec Administrator to support its Corporate Secretarial team in Jersey. The role involves delivering accurate and efficient Co-Sec services to both the organisation and its client entities within the funds sector.
The Role:
* Provide day-to-day corporate secretarial support for client entities and in-house structures.
* Ensure statutory records and filings are maintained accurately and in line with regulatory requirements.
* Assist with board and shareholder meetings, including drafting agendas, minutes, and resolutions.
* Liaise with internal teams and external advisers to ensure deadlines are met.
* Support governance and compliance requirements across a portfolio of funds.
About You
* Previous experience in a corporate secretarial role within the funds sector.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and regulatory compliance.
* Able to manage priorities effectively within a fast-paced environment.
