We are currently recruiting for:
* Graduate Aerodynamics Engineer
Purpose of the Graduate Programme
Our graduate programme is designed to fast-track the professional growth of engineers who are technically driven, detail-oriented, and hungry to deliver world-class performance in motorsport. You will rotate or embed into key technical functions, work with experienced mentors, and help shape the aerodynamic tools and components of a competitive Formula 1®car.
Graduate Aerodynamics Engineer
Focus: Aerodynamic Concept Design & Development
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyse CFD and wind tunnel test data to assess performance
* Support the generation and optimisation of aerodynamic concepts in line with development plans
* Participate in multidisciplinary reviews and whole-car aero strategy
* Communicate key findings, threats, and opportunities clearly to senior engineers
(Preferred Skills)
* Good understanding of fluid dynamics and CFD analysis
* Experience using CAD for aerodynamic modeling
* Passion for innovation and performance optimisation
Requirements

What do you need to bring to the team?
* A degree in a relevant discipline (Aerospace, Aerodynamics, Mechanical Engineering, Motorsport Engineering, or Design), or equivalent
* Ideal for candidates with a degree and up to 2 years of experience
* Strong technical skills, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail
* Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
* Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
* Comfortable with technical tools such as CAD, CFD, simulation platforms, and coding environments
* A passion for motorsport and a drive to contribute to the success of a Formula 1® team
