Base pay range
£58,227 to £60,285 annually.

What you will do
* Lead and manage the MASH team ensuring high standards and effective practice.
* Supervise, mentor, and support staff to achieve optimal performance and professional growth.
* Oversee case allocations, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to referrals.
* Collaborate with multi‑agency partners to enhance service delivery and outcomes for children and families.
* Implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
* Monitor team performance through audits and feedback, aiming for continuous improvement.
* Contribute to strategic planning and development within the Children’s Services framework.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you will need a degree or equivalent in social work and current registration with Social Work England. Recent managerial experience, such as working as a Team Manager, Deputy Team Manager, or Assistant Team Manager in Children’s Services, is essential. Significant frontline experience in Children’s Services is also required.
