This is an exciting opportunity to inspire and support learners in developing the skills and knowledge required for a successful career in counselling.Key Responsibilities:Deliver engaging and high-quality teaching across counselling courses at Level 3/4/5 - specify .Plan, prepare, and assess learning to ensure outstanding outcomes for students.Provide academic and pastoral support to learners, promoting progression and achievement.Contribute to curriculum development and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards.What We're Looking For:A recognised counselling qualification (minimum Level 4 or above).Teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one).Practical experience in counselling practice.Strong communication and organisational skills, with a commitment to inclusive education.All candidates who register with Reed Further Education will have 2 years' referencing taken up and will be required to have a DBS check completed.
