About the Role As a Private Client Partner, you will: Manage and expand a portfolio of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, advising on complex wills, trusts, probate, and inheritance tax planning. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of skilled private client solicitors to achieve departmental goals and personal growth. Drive business development initiatives to enhance the firm’s market presence and client relationships in the Bristol area. Collaborate with other partners to shape the firm’s strategic direction, contributing to its continued success and growth. About You To excel in this role, you will need: Minimum 8 years PQE in private client law with proven expertise in complex estate planning and trust management. Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing teams and fostering a collaborative culture. A proven track record in business development and client relationship management. STEP membership or an equivalent qualification is highly desirable. Commercial acumen and the ambition to contribute to the wider firm strategy.
