We are looking for a creative, organised and proactive Marketing Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. We run a small but diverse group of businesses across property, security, sunbeds, wellness and more. We're fast-paced, always growing, and need someone to keep our brands sharp, on-point and consistent across all platforms.
What you'll be doing:
* Managing our various social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn etc.)
* Keeping our websites fresh with regular updates, news and content
* Scheduling posts, monitoring engagement and tracking results
* Creating simple graphics, posts, and flyers when needed
* Going out and getting content using company cameras
* Reporting back to directors and managers with progress updates
* Supporting with marketing campaigns, events and promotions
* Staying organised and keeping all marketing activity tidy and consistent
What we're looking for:
* Confident using social media for business
* Comfortable updating websites (basic skills are fine – we can show you the rest)
* Good writing and communication skills
* Creative eye for design (Canva, Photoshop or similar a bonus)
* Reliable, organised and able to work independently once briefed
* Positive, proactive, and happy to get stuck in across different brands
