Role Overview:
We are seeking a Transaction Manager to support and motivate the sales team, maximise profitability, and ensure compliance with FCA guidelines. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving volume and margin objectives.
Responsibilities:
* Support and coach the sales team
* Identify business opportunities and manage diaries effectively
* Oversee vehicle, finance, and insurance sales
* Ensure compliance with FCA regulations
* Train and develop the team in finance and insurance products
* Monitor lead management and reporting
Requirements:
* Strong sales and negotiation skills
* Excellent numerical ability
* Previous retail sales experience
* Ability to lead and motivate a team
* Enthusiasm for the automotive industry
