About The Role
As a Talent Acquisition Partner at LiveWest, you will play a pivotal role in recruitment excellence. You will attract and recruit high-calibre colleagues across various disciplines (permanent, fixed-term, and temporary), ensuring cost-effective and timely hiring. You will provide expert advice and partner with hiring managers and candidates, while also developing and marketing our employer brand.
Key Responsibilities:
1. End-to-End Recruitment Management: Manage the recruitment process proactively for all vacancies, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
2. Expert Guidance: Provide advice and support to hiring managers and People colleagues throughout recruitment campaigns.
3. Innovative Recruiting Strategies: Develop tailored recruiting strategies using traditional and innovative sourcing methods.
4. Market Knowledge: Build and utilize market knowledge and access preferred recruitment channels like industry-specific job boards and LinkedIn.
5. Engagement with Delivery Partners: Collaborate with external agencies and search firms to ensure value and successful outcomes.
6. Proactive Talent Sourcing: Source top talent, including hard-to-fill roles and niche markets.
7. Networking: Identify industry events and communities to attract candidates and promote our employer brand.
8. Diverse and Inclusive Culture: Contribute to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace, attracting under-represented groups.

We are currently recruiting for two new roles, offering an exciting opportunity to shape our Talent Acquisition strategy.
Working Pattern:
Full-time, hybrid roles with 2–3 days in the office per week, based in Exeter, Weston-super-Mare, or Tolvaddon.
Reporting Structure:
Report to the Head of Talent Acquisition and Reward, with a dotted line to the Talent Acquisition Manager for daily operations.
Interviews will be held in Exeter during the week commencing 3 June 2025.
