Hours: 35 hours per week on a roster from Monday to Sunday
We are currently seeking a Senior Visitor Operations Manager, to join our Visitor Engagement team in one of the most iconic buildings in the world, St Paul’s Cathedral.
In this new and exciting role, you will be responsible for leading the Visitor Operations team, delivering operational plans, supporting the Head of Visitor Operations and working with them on ambitious and innovative strategies and approaches to improve and develop visitor experience.
In addition to this you will:
* provide support, coaching and development to three Visitor Operations Managers
* collaborate with stakeholders across the Cathedral to improve service standards and diversity, equality and inclusion work will colleagues to propose and develop new and innovative approaches to visitor engagement
* ensure ticketing operations are delivered lead on the on the day-to-day management of Visitor Operations volunteers
* have a financial and commercial focus
The successful applicant will have demonstrable experience of:
* operationally managing large and diverse teams through KPI’s
* managing and working successfully alongside volunteers
* implementing improvement strategies and initiatives building credible partnerships internally and externally being commercially and financially astute with budget management experience
* working with venue ticketing and till systems;
* in addition to a passion for visitor engagement and excellent customer experience
