Mobility Support: Help Customers with mobility challenges, offering assistance with aids and personal equipment.
End-of-Life Care: Offer compassionate support to Customers who are reaching the end of their journey.
Engagement Activities: Promote mental and physical wellness by engaging Customers in conversations, outings, and enjoyable activities like reading and hobbies.
Domestic Duties: Take care of household tasks, including making beds and general cleanliness.
Laundry Assistance: Support with laundry needs, ensuring cleanliness and comfort.
Documentation and Training: Participate in meetings, training, and report writing to continually enhance your skills and care methods.
Advocate for Independence: Encourage Customers to maintain their autonomy and make their own choices.
Safety & Support Plans: Identify risks and actively record support plans to help minimize challenges they face.
Collaborative Communication: Engage with Customers, their families, and advocates to ensure their needs and preferences are met.
Continuous Learning: Embrace opportunities for professional development through mandatory training and skill enhancement.
