Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Care Navigator / Receptionist to join our busy team, working at both our Lofthouse Site and The Manse, our Rothwell Site.
The current vacancy we have available is for 30 hours a week over a 5 day period (Monday to Friday) -6 hours a day from 12:30 - 18:30.
The practice working day is between 07:45 and 18:30, the successful applicant willbe willing to work flexibly when needed.
Interviews will be held on Tuesday 3rd March 2026.
Main duties of the job
Care Navigators are the first line of contact with our patients and visitors. This is a varied role that includes face to face and telephone contact with patients as well as administrative duties.
You will work as part of a team of Care Navigators, maintaining a high quality and efficient service for the patients, Doctors and Nurses.
Reception experience/customer service is desirable, but training will be given to the successful candidate.
About us
Our surgery provides care to over 11,000 patients across 2 sites: Lofthouse Surgery and The Manse Surgery. We have 8 Doctors, 3 qualified Nurses and 3 Health Care Assistants who work at the practice, along with our Care Navigation & Administration team.
We are a member of the NHS Leeds Integrated Care Board and we are also a member of the Leeds 25/26 Primary Care Network.
