Product Owner (Salesforce) Hull - open to UK wide relocation!
My industry‑leading client is looking for a Product Owner to join them and play a key role in their Salesforce journey. Acting as the voice of the customer and business, you’ll shape the team’s workload to ensure the right value is delivered at the right time.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and the wider business, translating complex needs into actionable deliverables while keeping a sharp focus on delivery outcomes. My client implemented Salesforce off‑the‑shelf a couple of years back and has customised it into different business areas. It’s working incredibly well and they’re looking to bring in a Salesforce specialist to manage the ongoing refinement of the product across their large, customer‑service function.
Essentially, you will act as the conduit between stakeholders and the development team. You will gather requirements, understand the stakeholders’ pain points, suggest how the system can help, and then work with IT to deliver those solutions.
It’s essential that you know Salesforce really well, especially from an analytical perspective rather than the nitty‑gritty tech side. Your knowledge will help you translate business goals into deliverables with the development team. You may come from a Business Analysis or PM background; a proven Product Owner background is not required as long as you have a solid grounding in Salesforce and you’re comfortable working with stakeholders.
You will be a confident communicator, comfortable pushing back when needed to get things done the right way, and you’ll navigate shifting priorities, tight deadlines, and evolving business needs with confidence and control while inspiring and motivating those around you.

Salary
Salary up to £50,000 plus bonus and wider benefits.
Qualifications
* Proven knowledge of Salesforce (or equivalent experience)
* Strong analytical skills
* Experience in stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering
* Experience translating business needs into actionable deliverables
* Experience working with cross‑functional teams, especially development teams
* Background in business analysis or project management (preferred)
