The Role: This is an exciting opportunity to become a key part of a small, specialist team supporting the production of some of the world's most exclusive vehicles. You'll work on ultra-premium components destined for names like Aston Martin, McLaren, Pininfarina, and Mercedes-AMG - polishing and finishing parts to the highest standards. What You'll Be Doing: Brushing, polishing and finishing primarily aluminium components Inspecting surfaces for imperfections and ensuring exceptional finish quality Using hand tools, power tools, and specialist equipment Maintaining tools and equipment, following strict safety protocols Supporting production goals and contributing to continuous improvement What We're Looking For: Previous experience in a similar polishing or finishing role preferred Excellent attention to detail and a proactive attitude Ability to read and understand technical drawings A collaborative team player with a hands-on approach Working Hours: Full-time - Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:30 Pay and Perks: Up to £15 per hour, depending on experience Overtime available after probation (subject to bu...
