We freshly prepare and serve proper pub food with a British farmhouse focus, allowing seasonality and quality of ingredients to lead our menus. Your focus as Chef de Partie will be the running a section in The Perch Inn restaurant kitchen, working alongside our Senior Chefs to ensure the delivery of a superb farmhouse style menu and to maintain the high standards currently in place. Requirements · At least two years’ experience in a similar fast paced fresh food led kitchen. · Motivated & focused, with a can-do approach. · Able to work un-supervised & effective time management.
