Health & Safety Advisor Location: East Harling (Onsite) Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum We're recruiting for a Health & Safety Advisor to join a growing business in East Harling. This is a newly created role, offering the opportunity to work closely with operational teams to improve safety standards and embed a positive safety culture across the business. Reporting into the Commercial Team, this role will be highly collaborative. Success will come from building strong relationships with site teams, understanding how the business operates, and working together to develop practical, safe solutions to everyday challenges. This is a fully onsite position, with occasional travel between company sites, so a full UK driving licence is required. The Role You'll support teams across the business by providing practical Health & Safety guidance, preparing RAMS, carrying out site inspections, and working collaboratively with colleagues to identify risks and implement improvements.
