Registered Children Home Manager - Corby For young people with Autism spectrum disorders and Complex Needs Up to £50.000 depending upon experience and qualifications Our client is currently looking to recruit a permanent Registered Manager for their autism specific services which has two small homes offering residential supported living services in Corby Duties for this exciting role of Registered Manager will include: Accountable for delivering high quality care to the young adults within the home Responsible for delivery of all care services Strategic planning for developments within the home All day to day management matters Organising training will be required Inducting new staff members in to the service following the new care certificate guidelines Essential requirements for this role are: A minimum 2/3 years’ experience within a registered managers role Understanding, Experience and knowledge/training of Autism essential NVQ Level 4/5 Management, RMA or equivalent Full U.K Driving licence/car owner Ability to work under pressure Strong leadership and communication qualities/skills essential Ability to identify people skills and develop and mentor Ability to prioritise tasks with deadlines Strong strategic thinker and implementer Good all round communicator Person centred approach to management of service For more information please call Elite on (phone number removed).
